Job Description
YOUR ROLE
Capgemini is looking for a Senior SAP Presales Solution Architect to join our SAP Competence Center team to help our target clients become stronger leaders in their markets and industries, through business value delivered via transformation to a modern ERP Business Platform centered around SAP S/4HANA as the Digital Core. We are looking for a profile able to support the SAP CoE in the solutioning of any SAP Bids for the BU and also being able to lead SAP Bids on the local Czech market.
For presales
- Understand in details RFPs content around S/HANA Greenfield implementations, S/4HANA Brownfield conversions and S/4HANA deployment programs.
- Support the SAP Bids qualification process.
- Perform the detailed solutioning of S/4HANA Bids, including scoping of required solutions, robust planning definition, design of the needed operating and delivery models to address customer’s expectations, estimate work effort and pyramid index required, perform budget estimate.
- Interact with customers’ VP during the full presales process in order to better qualify the requirements, challenge the visions and bring value through returns of experience.
For lead generation
- Understand the content of the full SAP offer portfolio of Capgemini.
- Support sales team in bringing SAP expertise and vision during 1st interactions with customers.
- Support SAP Bids prequalification process prior to RFIs/RFPs.
For delivery
- Ability to take leadership positions on S/4HANA projects either as a Global SAP Solution Architect and/or Engagement Manager
- Ability conduct S/4HANA assessment studies to support roadmaps definition
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in SAP, first as a consultant, then Solution Architect and ideally Engagement Manager
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in S/4HANA
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in SAP presales activity (build not run)
- Transversal knowledge across SAP solutions and functional areas is a must
- Experience in distributed delivery models
- English and Czech language required
- Ability to travel
