YOUR ROLE

The Transition Manager plays a critical role in ensuring seamless application transitions, aligning with business objectives and guaranteeing operational readiness post-Go Live.

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end transitions while maintaining platform stability, aligning teams, and ensuring compliance with production standards.

Senior Transition Manager - Overall end to end responsible for Large projects or responsible across Towers/ Geographies/ BUs.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree and proven experience in managing organizational transitions or change initiatives;

• Solid experience in Production and strong understanding of platform stability, monitoring, DRs, backups, and performance;

• Expertise in project management methodologies, documentation, tools, and templates;

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;

• Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations;

• Proficient in planning and organizing team structures and training for post-transition readiness;

• English fluent;
