YOUR ROLE

• Work with business stakeholders to gather technical requirements and develop Salesforce solutions, focusing on Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) and Omnistudio functionalities.
• Implement and configure Vlocity modules, including industry-specific solutions for telecom, insurance, healthcare, and utilities, to streamline business processes and enhance customer experience.
• Work with the Omnistudio platform to support integration, troubleshooting, and optimization of services, ensuring smooth data exchange and system interoperability.
• Customize and configure Salesforce objects, flows, Lightning pages, and other components to meet business requirements.
• Coordinate data migration, integration, and system interface requirements with third-party systems and services, leveraging Vlocity and Omnistudio.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, business rules, and implementation processes. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing systems.
• Work closely with functional analysts, project managers, and other IT teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Share expertise and knowledge regarding Vlocity and Omnistudio with other team members.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and integration with hands-on experience in Vlocity and Omnistudio implementations.
• Strong proficiency with Vlocity and its modules (Telecom, Insurance, Health, Utilities).
• Expertise in Omnitusido integrations and configurations.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform components (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP-based APIs for system integration.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and delivering within deadlines.
• Experience with other Salesforce tools such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipeline tools for Salesforce environments.
