This is an opportunity to work on a ADM engagement for a client who is 2nd largest staffing company in USA. The job requires your expertise in handling large accounts having huge technology landscape, Oracle Fusion being the biggest. As a SDM you will be working with multi-located teams supporting various business processes like Hire-to-Retire, Total Rewards, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Contract to Cash and Project to Close. Excellent knowledge of Staffing industry is very much required. You will be measured on KPIs such as best practices implemented, usage of new technology to bring in efficiencies, services delivered within agreed SLAs etc.

• Strong delivery experience of managing ADM (Application Development & Maintenance) engagements
• 18 to 20 years of total IT experience with a minimum of 10 years as a Project Manager or Service Delivery manager in client facing role.
• Must have very strong experience handling projects with Oracle Fusion HCM, Finance, PPM, EPM, modules, 100+ integrations and complex PaaS Extensions as a part of technology landscape
• Very good knowledge of Staffing domain is required
• Must have excellent communication skills along with client management experience
• Demonstrate best practices in large account delivery through resource optimization, metrics driven continuous improvements and build relationship with project stakeholders (internal & customers)
• Actively seek opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients.
• Must be able to drive team to contribute on automations, innovations and continuous service improvement initiatives
• Must be proactive and take initiatives for engagement level process improvements, team performance and provide excellent services to customer
• Demonstrated success leading and mentoring cross-functional teams in multi-facility environments in order to maximize levels of productivity.
• Must have very good understanding and experience of handling project financials. Should be able to forecast, budget, costs, expenses and maintain Margins for the engagement.
• Should have knowledge of Agile, Devops.

Your role

• Ensure smooth functioning of Fusion application with Contract to Cash, Record to Report, Hire to Retire and Total Rewards related business processes.
• Ensure Application stability is maintained, and business users get seamless experience
• Work with various stakeholders to establish business relationship, take periodic feedback on services being provided and incorporate corrective measure. Demonstrate world class delivery
• Spot opportunities for Automation, Innovation and continuous service improvement and implement those
• Establish processes to enable Support team to function with ease and efficiency, delivery as per agreed SLAs and KPI
• Deliver as per committed contribution margin

Your skills and experience
