YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with experience in agile methodology to integrate one of our squads.

You will work from Lisbon (hybrid model) collaborating daily with a global team in a multi-country and multi-cultural environment.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Collect, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring a critical evaluation of needs while anticipating potential issues and assessing impacts.

• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to define solutions, collaborating with architects to specify and break down requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

• Break down business needs into product backlog items, support iterative development cycles, and test user stories during development, contributing to increased test automation coverage and user acceptance testing.

• Write and maintain clear documentation tailored to various audiences (development, product, support teams) and provide training sessions to ensure effective communication and knowledge transfer.

YOUR PROFILE

• Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management Systems or equivalent professional experience;
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a business analyst working in a context of agile software development;
• Experience in translating business requirements into user stories, use cases and technical requirements;
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies;
• Working knowledge of software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management;
• Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization’s business areas;
• Proficiency in Excel (especially the Vlookup function);
• English fluent;
• French is a plus;
• Experience in the banking sector (plus);
• Communication Skills;
