Your role

Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of Agentic AI solutions using frameworks like Autogen, LangGraph, and LangChain.
Architect and manage scalable AI & Gen AI workflows in any cloud platform.
Design and optimize multi-agent AI systems, with a focus on autonomous workflows, decision orchestration, and reasoning.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define AI use cases and deliver business value.
Ensure robustness, performance, and governance in all AI & data-driven systems.
Mentor and manage a team of AI engineers and data specialists to foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Your profile

4 to 10 years of experience in Python, Data Engineering, and AI/ML and Gen AI systems.
Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks like Autogen, LangGraph, LangChain.
Proven experience working with any cloud platform.
Strong background in LLM-based application development, prompt engineering, and orchestration.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage project timelines, and deliver scalable AI and Gen AI solutions.
Familiarity with CI/CD, ML Ops, and cloud-native deployments.
