About the Job
Capgemini is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Program Coordinator to support our client in the launch of new vehicle models. This position would provide support to the Manufacturing Chief Engineer at the plant.
Your Role
-
Facilitate major meetings with key project partners.
-
Lead all program decks, including agendas and visual presentations.
-
Supervise global project achievement assessments.
-
Lead issue discovery and resolution efforts for the project.
-
Conduct daily issue reviews with project collaborators.
-
Organize workshops to resolve sophisticated issues.
Your Skills and Experience
-
Minimum of 2 years in an automotive design or manufacturing environment.
-
Engineering or mechanical background.
-
Willingness to learn and adapt to constantly evolving environments and priorities.
-
Strong problem-solving skills.
-
Proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
-
Excellent communication skills.
-
Willingness to work overtime as required.
-
Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day if necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
-
Experience with automotive launches.
-
Experience in an automotive plant.
-
Knowledge of project management.
