Your role
As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of high-impact projects within digital, data, transformation, and sustainability. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate the intersection of business development, data/technology, and sustainability. You will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our rapidly growing department and will be responsible for driving business development activities, thought leadership and high impact projects.

In this role you will play a key role in:

Leading our high impact projects

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Utilize data to drive sustainability performance and ensure compliance with sustainability regulations.

Driving sustainability thought leadership

  • Develop the sustainability area of expertise within the department including providing strategic leadership and direction in the area.
  • Lead initiatives in shaping industry perspectives and actively contribute to building intellectual capital within the organization.

Accelerating business development

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions that deliver measurable sustainability value.
  • Engage in sales activities to drive sustainability projects for our clients.

Your profile
To exceed in this role, we believe the following will make you an ideal fit

  • Minimum 5 years work experience and minimum 2 years experience working with ESG and sustainability. Preferable with experience in consulting or strategic advisory.
  • Knowledge of sustainability regulations in Norway, Europe, and globally, especially CSRD, double materiality, etc.
  • Experience with driving transformation projects from strategy to execution that leverage data and technology to improve sustainability performance and reporting
  • Proven track record in a leadership role and demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex projects with tangible sustainability outcomes.
  • Experience in cultivating and maintaining client relationships at executive level. Preferably a strong existing client network.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, engineering, economics, or related disciplines).
