Your Role

Senior Manager (full-time; multiple positions)
Senior Manager needed in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to manage the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of customized business systems software applications for multiple projects. Project planning and implementation. Direct daily operations of onshore/offshore teams, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, coordinate workloads and assignments, developing standards, setting deadlines, managing quality control and compliance with the delivery schedule for the entire project life cycle. Define service level agreements. Maintain client relationships/communication, prepare/review reports to stakeholders. Collaborate with Senior Management on risk analysis, client interface, budget, and quality assurance. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables. Must have a Master’s Degree (or foreign equiv) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business, Math, or related field, plus three (3) years of experience in software development, IT/engineering, consulting, business analysis or related. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equiv) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business, Math, or related field, plus seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in software development, IT/engineering, consulting, business analysis or related.

Your Profile

Must have three (3) years of experience with project, technical or functional management. Must have one (1) year of IT work experience with all of the following:
1. Project Planning, Budgeting, Scheduling, Documenting, Resource Planning, or related exp. on multiple projects;
2. Programming Languages, IT Testing Tools, or Data/Database Languages/tools; AND
3. Project Management tools/methodologies, Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce or similar) tools, or Reporting tools.

All experience may be acquired concurrently. Domestic travel and relocation to unanticipated locations throughout the US required as needed based on Capgemini's business needs. International travel is not required. Frequency and nature of travel based on business needs for meetings (approximately 5% / year) and to complete assigned projects of varying lengths. Telecommuting may be permitted as needed. EOE.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
