YOUR ROLE

The Regional Quality Knowledge Manager is responsible for providing specialized knowledge and expertise in a specific domain to support the organization’s strategic goals and initiatives. The person will work closely with regional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the effective implementation and execution of projects, processes, and best practices.

YOUR TASKS

  • Expertise and Knowledge Sharing: Serve as the primary source of specialized knowledge and expertise in the designated domain, providing guidance and support to regional teams and stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance the skills and knowledge.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage regional projects, ensuring timely and successful completion in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders, clients, and partners to promote collaboration.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze regional data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies within the region, and proactively manage risks to minimize potential impacts.
  • Innovation and Development: Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and advancements to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the region.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. A Master’s degree or professional certification in the designated domain is highly desirable.
  • English on the C+ level.
  • Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated expertise in the designated domain.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software, tools, and technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, projects, and initiatives within a regional context.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the region as required.
