In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Gathering and analysing business/functional requirements and translating them into design specifications
  • Support the integration projects through various phases from gathering business requirements to go-live and post-implementation support
  • Support the assessment of change requests (corrections, enhancements), proposing and developing solutions by SAP PI/PO/CPI
  • Contribute to 3rd level support of SAP PI/PO/CPI system (Incident Management, Problem Management, troubleshooting, etc)Ensure compliance with the client's IT processes
  • Create and maintain end-to-end functional/technical designs for interfacesSuggest improvements to current operational procedures within integration environmentIdentify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
  • Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results.
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
  • Should have AMS Support experience in SAP like Incident/problem/change request management
  • Analyse and triage incidents with an appropriate sense of urgency, focus on restoration of service, followed by root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
  • Execute service requests based on the Service Catalogue or an ad hoc basis which may lead to a CRProvide reports to the account management team and engage with client stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Provides subject-matter expertise, best practices, technical approaches, and strategic recommendations.
  • Exhibits technical leadership to ensure optimal function and enhancement of SAP PI PO and keeps up to date on the latest SAP PI PO industry solutions and trends
  • Perform installation, migration, configuration, maintenance, technical support and troubleshooting of the SAP PI PO implementation in a hybrid cloud IT environment
  • Observes project delivery protocol and ensures timely escalation of status, issues, and risks
  • Engage in requirements gathering and development of use cases.Provide SAP PI PO integration-related troubleshooting services as part of project or post-production support activities.
  • Participate in capacity planning and HW specification recommendation effortsParticipate in SAP deployment activities, connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, and third-party system integration
  • Work with clients post implementation for user testing, debugging, support and maintenance.
  • Resolve any issues highlighted during System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Resolve day to day technical issues.
  • Help develop technicalSupport setup of governance rules in the integration areaSupport junior teammates

Your profile

  • Relevant hands on technical experience, with knowledge in the following areas:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP PI/PO and 2 years of SAP CPI experience
  • Strong verbal and written English Language skills Very good analytical skills and business process understanding is required Knowledge of integration technologies and specific SAP PI/PO & CPI architecture required
  • Delivering complex application integration solutions for on-premises and hybrid cloud scenarios using Integration protocols and adapters such B2B, Flat file, JDBC, EDI, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, SOAP, REST, RFC, IDOC, ALE/EDI, JMS etc and SAP Cloud Platform cloud connector. Strong experience with variety of mapping techniques including Graphical, Java & XSLT.
  • Experience working in and handling a multi-tenant CPI Environment
  • Experience with CTS transport management and alert configurations
  • Hands-on experience by building custom iFlows & extension for Standard iFlows based on the business requirements.
  • Experience in integration with SAP Cloud applications such as C4C with On-premises solutions Complete one full project lifecycle implementation and roll out.International project experience and collaborating with the other SAP teams
  • Experience with waterfall/agile project methodology Experience on Integration of SAP C4C with SAP IS-U Utilities using SAP CPI.
  • Preferred to have an experience with Integration of AEMO (Market Transactions) with SAP IS-U using SAP PI/PO.
