The MAXIMO COE Leader role is a prominent leadership role within Capgemini. The MAXIMO COE Leader role is both challenging and rewarding and provides an experienced and driven professional with the stimulus and visibility across Capgemini and requires a multi-dimensional leader that can manage and grow our cloud practice across North and South America.
The MAXIMO COE leader is responsible for implementing Capgemini’s Growth Strategy in partnership across our Americas Strategic Business Unit. The COE leader should be an accomplished professional services management professional that is experienced with customers adoption lifecycles and journeys to the MAXIMO Cloud as part of their digital transformation.
Your role:
- Lead Pre-sales and go to market capabilities for the Americas
- Work with our Business Unit leaders to develop sector focused GTM strategies
- Hire, develop and manage a team of Pre-sales Architects and MAXIMO specialist across multiple disciples
- Be a trusted advisor to our customers executives, provide thought leadership, create Point of views and architectures for complex workloads
- Shape the cloud transformation solutions for large scale cloud migration and modernization opportunities with immense passion and energy to win new business
- Understand client’s business drivers and priorities and design solutions that address cost optimization, business agility and technology modernization
- Partner to jointly solution, sell and deliver
- Develop sector specific offerings with our partners in targeted industries
- Contribute to development of various go-to-market solutions, IP and Assets development
- Track the constantly evolving trends in cloud provider ecosystems and create Point of Views on technology selection and adoption strategy
- Develop narrative to shape client’s cloud roadmap and agenda, helping them shape the business case for cloud transformation
- Architect solutions for Modernization and Migrations of Large-Scale Application Portfolios including patterns and approaches for incremental move to cloud, data modernization and working in hybrid cloud environment
- Be one of our executive sponsors for the Americas, and build relationships with leaders in their organization to strengthen our partnership
- Align with sales and solutions teams on key accounts
- Collaborate closely with our key partners in our cloud ecosystem to execute jointly defined offers
Your skills and experience:
- Entrepreneurial spirit to successfully lead, drive and grow Capgemini’s MAXIMO services
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience: Business Administration and/or Computer Science Background Preferred
- 15+ years of professional services sales, management, delivery and consulting experience
- Strong understanding of the functional and technical components of MAXIMO Application Suite + Enterprise Asset Management
- Demonstrated IT Transformation experience in customer facing roles
- Excellent presentation and public speaking capabilities – confident and convincing presenter
- Proven ability to deliver against billings and revenue quota targets
- Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT/Cloud/Transformation projects
- Experience with modern, scalable delivery models for technology consulting services
- Proven track record of delivering IT solutions and growing revenue within a major account
- Experience operating at CXO level, and ability to demonstrate excellent client relationships
- Excellent client engagement – able to empathize with and respond to the needs of stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Has worked as a Global Systems Integrator as a successful and proven Pre-sales or COE leader
- Business development experience including complex agreements with customers and partners
- Familiarity with compliance & security standards across the enterprise IT landscape
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
- Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in meeting customer needs
- Vertical industry sales and delivery experience of cloud services and solutions
- International consulting or professional services sales and delivery experience with global F500 enterprise customers and partners
- Enterprise architecture frameworks and identifying the relationships between business services, information, applications, and global infrastructure assets
- Enterprise IT management frameworks
- Broad enterprise systems experience including MAXIMO, Oracle, and custom applications
- Designing, building, and operating global IT processes and infrastructures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group leadership and executive presentations
