Job Description
- Design, configure, and manage NetApp storage solutions, including ONTAP, AFF, and FAS series.
- Implement and maintain storage replication, backup, and disaster recovery strategies using SnapMirror, SnapVault, and MetroCluster.
- Perform storage provisioning, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Work with NAS (CIFS/NFS) and SAN (FC/iSCSI) technologies for enterprise environments.
- Support NetApp integration with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Automate storage management tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure high availability, security, and efficiency of storage environments.
- Monitor and resolve storage-related incidents and performance issues.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in NetApp storage administration.
- Expertise in NetApp ONTAP, SnapMirror, SnapVault, MetroCluster, and Active IQ.
- Hands-on experience with SAN/NAS protocols (NFS, CIFS, iSCSI, FC).
- Knowledge of cloud-based storage solutions (AWS FSx, Azure NetApp Files, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with automation tools like PowerShell, Ansible, Python.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- NetApp certifications (NCDA, NCIE, or equivalent) are a plus.
