YOUR PROJECT

This role is responsible for the delivery and subject matter expertise on Engineering with focus on PLM, CAD, CAE and Simulations. JDs include.

YOUR TASKS

• Manage ADM support and enhancement services for PLM applications
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support to users and ensuring system reliability
• Support Data transfer (Part, BOM and files) and issues with third party applications integrated with PLM solutions like Teamcenter
• Troubleshooting issues in current PLM implementation
• Improving the performance of current PLM implementation
• Maintain API integrations between PLM solutions like Teamcenter and other tools, such as ERP systems, CAD applications, and third-party software
• Manage user interaction, escalations, problem resolution and root cause analysis
• Support application continuous improvement initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in technical roles with hands on experience in PLM solutions like Siemens Teamcenter Enterprise and Teamcenter Unified
• Functional expertise in PLM applications with deep understanding of the workflows and integration
• Experience in troubleshooting PLM and Engineering applications
• Experience in ALM (application lifecycle management) support
• Working experience in supporting applications like Polarion, Jira and DOORS
• Strong analytical skills and experience in project lifecycle
