YOUR TASKS
You will be responsible for our Clients’ procurement operations analysis and development.
Designing modern processes: You will conduct business process analyses, examine existing and design innovative procurement processes and new systems, report common issues and recommend new system procedures
Inspiring clients: You will lead interactive workshops and help Clients implement new solutions
- Examine current and new business procedures
- Identify effective solutions for business software system issues
- Research and estimate the costs of upgrades and improvements
- Establish specifications for new projects by developing project goals, phases, and budgets
Building systems: You will model and configure procurement processes tailored to the Client's needs
- Report common patterns, questions, and other issues to management
- Recommend solutions for improving and restructuring procedures
Integrating processes: You will integrate business, strategic, and IT processes into cohesive and effective solutions
- Monitor systems status and report any progress or changes
Advising: You will provide expert advice on procurement management using modern technologies
Collaborating: You will participate in bidding processes and preparations for Client meetings
Managing projects: You will lead project teams and ensure their development
- Assess company performance, information, and plans by conducting regular tests and analysis
YOUR PROFILE
If you are technology and innovation enthusiast who enjoys conducting analyses, conceptual work, and implementation and in addition – a reliable person with teamwork skills – this is the role for you!
The ideal candidate will be highly analytical specialist, both business and technical savvy.
To excel in this position, you should be an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of business processes and business system analysis techniques.
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum 6 years of project experience - digital transformation of procurement is preferred
- IT business-system analysis / project management, process modeling and IT support expertise
- Someone experienced in designing, implementing, or using leading solutions in supplier management, Source to Contract, and Procure to Pay
- Specialization in Source-to-Pay systems like Ivalua, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Synertrade, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
- Ability to create and conduct a professional and effective offer presentation
- A graduate of higher education (economics, technology, IT)
