Job Description
- Product Owners balance business strategy, user needs and development. Capgemini Product Owners often operate in a proxy role for the client. They communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap; create and continually refine a backlog and help the team prioritise work that delivers the most value.
- They continuously explore, innovate and experiment to bring new ideas to the product. They motivate the team to release, inspect and adapt a constant flow of features, ensuring that the product remains usable, valuable and feasible.
- The Product Owner is responsible for defining the product vision, prioritizing the backlog, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that enhance clinical development processes.
- They ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation while optimizing user experience and regulatory compliance.
Primary Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager are a plus
