We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll lead product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and influence high-impact outcomes across various domains. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving innovation, and enhancing customer and business value while ensuring timely delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the vision and execution of customer-centric digital products and services, working closely with clients and internal teams.
Your role
• Lead the development and management of existing and new products and services and own the product vision and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value iterations.
• Support agile squads, ensuring clarity in sprint reviews and providing guidance to Business Analysts and Designers and Developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business priorities and ensure requirements are clear and deliverable.
• Lead teams in executing product strategy, from MVP development to roadmap creation. Manage and mentor product owners and business analysts, fostering career development and growth.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, identify new opportunities, and drive innovation to enhance client outcomes (e.g., leveraging Generative AI to improve business processes).
Your skills and experience
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on user-centred product design and lifecycle management in an Agile environment.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development cycles.
• Experience in developing product propositions, defining priorities, and leading execution.
• Proven ability to influence teams and drive digital delivery projects, working closely with leaders and clients.
• At least one relevant certifications (e.g., PSPO, CSP-PO, SaFe, Product Management, ICP Agile Coach).
• A passion for working with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
Desirable Skills and Experience
• Experience with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and design principles.
• Knowledge of retail savings products and/or financial services.
• Familiarity with technologies and CX platforms like Drupal, Oracle, Adobe, and Gen AI.
• Commercial awareness and ability to create business cases that map user and business values to investment.
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
