Job Description
Experience:
- 10 to 15 years of Pega experience with 3+ years in Pega LSA role
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Mandatory)
- Pega certified Lead System Architect
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Application development experience for Financial Services clients.
- Expert in architecting and designing Pega-based BPM/CRM/Marketing solutions for large programs.
- Expert on Pega 7.x and Pega 8.x.
- Expert in designing enterprise class structure and foundational components.
- Expert in integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutions.
- Facilitate DCO sessions along with LBA.
- Coordinate with Product Owner and stakeholders to create backlog.
- Understand business process management and business requirements of the customers and translate them to Pega terminologies.
- Guide development team and business to ensure optimum solutions for business and system requirements.
- Act as Technical Lead for the Program.
- Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega solution frameworks.
- Strong experience scoping, planning, and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles.
- Provide thought-leadership to clients across business and technical project dimensions, solving complex business requirements.
- Develop and demonstrate an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features.
- Work in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope, and risk.
- Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements.
- Responsible for code review and ensuring very high code quality.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
