Job Description:

Experienced Program Manager to be based in New Jersey to supervise a $20M portfolio. This role requires an individual who can be onsite at the client’s office three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Scheduling, that outline scope, timelines, resource requirements, and budget considerations.
• Lead project resources, ensuring the right skills are allocated to tasks and that workload is balanced across the team.
• Risk assessments to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance to quality standards and processes to ensure results meet organizational and client expectations.
• Facilitate regular communication with collaborators, keeping them informed about project status, changes, and potential impacts.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define the program’s vision, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic priorities.
• Develop program roadmaps that outline key achievements, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring that projects are on track to meet strategic goals.
• Identify and engage partners to gathcaptureights and ensure their needs are reflected in the strategic plan.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics to assess progress and impact
• Liaison with clients, ensuring their expectations are managed and met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish channels for continuous feedback from clients to improve service delivery and happiness.
• Address and resolve any client concerns or issues proactively
• Ensure value and benefits of program initiatives passed on to clients
• Optimize team resource allocation to ensure projects are adequately and timely staffed and supported.

Required Skills:

• The ideal candidate should come from a Java or .NET background with familiarity in Cloud and Generative AI technologies.
• Strong Client Relationship Leadership skills
• Team Leadership & Collaboration - Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to improve their skills and career development.
• Presales and Business Development - Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and potential projects that align with client needs.
• Identify trends, competitor offerings, and client demands, advising business development strategies.
• Develop and implement organizational change strategies to facilitate smooth transitions for clients and team members during project implementation.
• Facilitate training programs to equip teams and clients with the vital skills to adapt to new processes or systems.
• Supervise the change process and provide ongoing support to address challenges and ensure successful adoption.
