What you’ll do?

• Proficient in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements and develop programs, strong Administration and troubleshooting skills, database skills, object Oriented Programming and development knowledge. Proven Experience in leading teams. Handled multiple roles – Technical Specialist, Technology and Developer Lead, and Developer.

What you’ll bring:

• Experienced Java Technical Lead(plus all the roles mentioned below) with (8-15) years of hands-on software development and architectural design expertise.
• Proficient in Java (8/11/17+), Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Skilled in building scalable, high-performance applications with RESTful APIs, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns (MVC, DDD, Event-Driven), and security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, OWASP).
• Experienced in leading agile teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence.
• Passionate about clean code, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices.
