Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities
  • Provide architecture and operational leadership to your team
  • Assess, analyse and optimise current security infrastructure footprint
  • Participate in planning sessions to establish standards, architecture, and project initiatives
  • Identify security vulnerabilities and recommendations and coordinate their remediation
  • Drive continuous improvement and reduction in manual effort by automating deployments and configuration updates
  • Root cause analysis and service improvement solutions
  • Liaise with appropriate teams for development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve major incidents
  • Adhere to ITIL guidelines for Incident, Problem, and Change Management
  • Proactively provide team members with information and guidance on security methodologies, standards and best practices
  • Have existing infrastructure security certifications
  • Hypercare support for Security components including Purview Labelling, DLP, Defenders, Cert based authentication/Cloud Kerberos Trust, Entra ID config - delivered to users post prod implementation, works in-alignment with Service Desk processes for Tier 2 and 3 incidents

We provide cloud focused client advisory and delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, service desk and cloud service management/delivery.

Capgemini has proven experience in building cloud strategies that have enabled our clients to adopt a cloud-first approach to achieving their business objectives. Our Cloud Infrastructure Services enable enterprises to overcome the barriers to cloud adoption and manage the real business risks.

Let’s talk about your capability and experience
  • Previous experience in working for an MSP or large enterprise company
  • Strong experience supporting: Palo Alto, F5 Big-IP, Checkpoint
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to a broad and diverse audience.
  • An enthusiasm to learn and stay updated on the latest industry innovations, with a passion for sharing new insights with the broader team.
  • Strong IP routing, networking and OSI understanding.
  • Adaptability to changing environments and workloads.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
  • Purview Labelling, DLP, Defenders-Hypercare Support Cert based authentication/Cloud Kerberos Trust, Entra ID config
  • NV1 clearance
