Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

“As a SAP Client Partner you will be a primary contact for executive sponsors and stakeholders on our client engagements and will take a key role in board level governance, often chairing or contributing to steering group and programme board meetings.

You will provide guidance and direction to our delivery teams working with the Programme leadership team and work with account sales teams to identify and shape additional work packages that deliver value to our clients and enable our growth strategy.

You will work with new and existing clients across various industries, shaping and delivering work that utilises our end-to-end transformation capabilities and unique position in the market.

Your skills and experience

  • Act as a client partner on large SAP transformation programmes, in particular during the design phase, looking at end to end business processes and benefits enabled by S/4HANA. Including end to end SAP programme director experience.
  • Develop strong and trusted relationships with customers to influence CxOs and act as the primary contact for executive managers and stakeholders at our clients.
  • Able to work in a delivery as well as sales environment and be able to display a high level of innovation and agility.
  • Able to shape and deliver an up front discovery phase of an S/4HANA programme including the development of a business case and roadmap.
  • Able to solution business led transformation deals acting as the End to End Business/solution architect.
  • Be comfortable with managing complexity and are familiar in detail with the processes that are employed on projects.
  • Have a strong understanding of the SAP market and competition as well as an ability to shape a deal.
  • Build high performing teams that can work flexibly incorporating hybrid remote working models.

Your security clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
