Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team to work closely with stakeholders in the insurance industry and deliver innovative solutions that address business challenges, optimize operations, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, while ensuring timelines are met.
- Design and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases for system enhancements or new implementations.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer and change management.
- Prepare and present project status updates, insights, and recommendations to clients and senior management.
- Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices in the insurance sector and share insights with clients and the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in business or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on business analysis, project management, or consulting roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in insurance domains such as underwriting, claims, policy administration, or risk management.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, regulations, and emerging industry trends.
- Familiarity with insurance-related technologies and tools, such as policy administration systems, distribution managements systems, billing platforms etc.
- Hands-on experience with applications such as Duck Creek, Guidewire, and Majesco.
