Develop and lead our ServiceNow practice, driving digital transformation and IT service capabilities for our clients. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to set the vision, provide expert consulting, and lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions. You could already be based in Melbourne or Sydney.

Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:
Develop and lead our ServiceNow practice, driving digital transformation and IT service capabilities for our clients. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to set the vision, provide expert consulting, and lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions. You could already be based in Melbourne or Sydney.
- Practice Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to establish and expand the ServiceNow practice. Lead the development of service offerings, go-to-market strategies, and frameworks to drive revenue growth.
- Optimise utilization rates of resources
- Meet and exceed revenue and margin metrics
- Oversee all aspects of resourcing, including recruitment (talent acquisition), retention & development
- Client Engagement: Advise clients on their business needs and design customized ServiceNow solutions. Support sales efforts, develop proposals, and secure new business.
- Solution Design & Delivery: Lead ServiceNow project implementation, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Oversee the project lifecycle from discovery to support.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for introducing our services. Build partnerships to expand sector reach and design compliant ServiceNow solutions aligned with client needs.
- Partnership Development: Build relationships with ServiceNow and other partners to enhance capabilities. Attend conferences and events to foster collaboration.
- Thought Leadership: Stay current with industry trends and best practices. Represent Capgemini at events, in publications, and develop strategic alliances with ServiceNow stakeholders.
Let’s talk about your capability and experience:
- A minimum of 10-15 years in IT consulting or professional services, with at least 5 years specializing in ServiceNow solutions.
- Proven track record in managing and delivering ServiceNow projects.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in core ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Security Operations (SecOps), and HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and business acumen, with the ability to lead a team and scale operations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in ServiceNow are highly desirable.
