About the Role:

We are seeking a Functional Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and refining business requirements, writing functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation. You will work closely with designers, testers, and developers, providing support throughout the development lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical background and experience in functional analysis within an Agile (Scrum) environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and end-users.
• Refine business requirements to ensure clarity and completeness.
• Write functional specifications that will be approved by the Product Owner (PO) before being handed off to the development team for implementation.
• Collaborate closely with designers, testers, and developers, ensuring that the functional requirements are well understood and effectively implemented.
• Provide ongoing support to teams throughout the development process to ensure smooth execution and quality deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in functional analysis.
• Technical background with prior experience in programming (preferred).
• Solid experience working in a Scrum environment.
• Proven ability to write clear and detailed functional specifications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, testers).

Languages:

• Portuguese (mandatory).
• English (nice to have).

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid work model: 3 days/week in the office (mandatory).
