Job Description
- The ServiceNow developer specializing in the ITSM module will be responsible for designing; developing; and maintaining features.
- The incumbent should have an advanced expertise in JavaScript programming
- The ability to create reports; dashboards; including Performance Analytics and prepare package and component deliveries; and a good understanding of HTML and Angular technologies.
- Manage tables; forms; business rules; system configuration
- Develop and maintain client-side scripts and server-side scripts on the ServiceNow platform.
- Create Business Rules and Scripted REST APIs to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Design and generate relevant reports to highlight information.
- Utilize the Performance Analytics tool to analyse data and identify potential improvements
