Job Description

• 4-7 years of excellent staffing partner experience through implementing and executing staffing functions and fulfilments
• Responsible for end-to-end NGT Staffing Operations activities for DCX along with Resource Planning, Resource Engagement, Resource Optimization and Bench Management for India Offshore
• Responsible for preparation of Weekly Monthly dashboards to keep track of demand fulfilment, resourcing activities and non-billable resources and plan their next opportunity accordingly.
• Interact with Business units, staffing partners, Engagement mangers across practice /BU to understand the resource/skill need and provide them with right fitment of profiles. End to end responsibility of fulfilling project requirement & accomplishing the fulfilment/allocations.
• Should present & participate Critical RMG calls – related to Staffing Functions and Operations & provide updates/solutions
• Maximizing chargeable utilization and minimizing unassigned time of resources
• Publishing all niche and critical requirements on internal Job posting Portal and project level non billability and investment monitoring.
• Need to check out on unassigned resources and talent pool and should closely work with LD teams on training of bench resources etc.
• Should be expert in reports and presentation.
• Should possess excellent communication skills, presentation ability & stakeholder managements.
