Primary Skills
- Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable microservices architecture using Java and relevant frameworks like Spring Boot.
- Proficient in creating and maintaining RESTful APIs to ensure efficient communication between microservices.
- Strong focus on performance optimization, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Ability to write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Experienced in conducting code reviews and providing mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Able to collaborate closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Active participation in Agile ceremonies such as sprints, retrospectives, and stand-ups, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies with hands-on coding experience.
- Familiarity with API management and documentation tools such as Swagger and Postman.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and optimization.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Experience with Java Spring Boot microservices development is highly desirable.
Secondary Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to troubleshoot complex issues in Java Spring Boot Microservices.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with API documentation tools like Swagger and Postman.
- Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
