Our Digital Experience Platform (DXP) team partner with businesses to help them adapt and respond effectively to the challenges of a constantly changing world, this is done by delivering digital and marketing transformation solutions that help our clients create personalised experiences for every single customer. From leveraging data for insights and audiences, to content management, and delivering those experiences across every touchpoint.
Within our DXP team we are continually driving customer value; by leveraging the power of the customer experience digital platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud Platform and Optimizely Digital Experience Platform. Our focus areas are: Multi Cloud, Enterprise Integration and Deployment and Digital Agility.

We are looking for an AEM Project Manager who is highly motivated, solutions focused and has proven experience across the Adobe Experience Cloud stack. You’ll have previous successes in increasing agile adoption, removing roadblocks and applying best practice solutions that are scalable in transformation projects.

We are looking for an AEM Project Manager who is highly motivated, solutions focused and has proven experience across the Adobe Experience Cloud stack. You will:
- Work with multiple agile teams and drive initiatives for project delivery.
- Work closely with stakeholders for requirement gathering, scope and delivery of solutions.
- Develop mechanisms to track performance and value realisation on investment.
- Able to quickly gather information on the progress of work and communicate this to key stakeholders.
- Identify, monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies, agreeing appropriate risk responses.
Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:
You’ll be an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Project Manager with:
- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Strong Waterfall or Agile Project management experience managing and leading multiple Agile Teams & Strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience driving and leading Projects/Programs.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management.
- Experience leading Agile/DevOps Implementation experience.
- Previous experience in scoping and developing plans for strategic pieces of work.
- Experience in executing business change including key stakeholder management.
- Proven analytical and data-driven skills.
- Should be certified Scrum Master, SAFe or PMI, with experience in AGILE ALM i.e JIRA/Confluence etc.
