We are hiring a Data Engineering Lead with hands-on expertise in designing and delivering world-class, end-to-end data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data architecture, ETL processes, big data technologies, and cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to design, build, and manage scalable data platforms that support business intelligence, analytics, and machine learning applications.

We are hiring a Data Engineering Lead with hands-on expertise in designing and delivering world-class, end-to-end data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data architecture, ETL processes, big data technologies, and cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to design, build, and manage scalable data platforms that support business intelligence, analytics, and machine learning applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable data pipelines on Azure Cloud.
- Architect and implement data solutions using Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and Azure SQL.
- Optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
- Develop and maintain data models to support business reporting and analytics needs.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices in alignment with industry standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.
- Stay updated with the latest Azure data technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, and cloud solutions.
- Expertise in Azure Data Platform (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, Azure SQL, etc.).
- Strong SQL, Python, and Spark programming skills.
- Experience with Big Data processing frameworks and streaming technologies (Kafka, Event Hub, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Azure certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate.
- Experience with ML & AI-based data processing solutions on Azure.
