YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Project Management Office Analyst (PMO) with SharePoint you will be:

• An expert in SharePoint, who will design an efficient SharePoint solution that supports document approval, tracking, notifications, and compliance with the governance path;
• Involved in processes optimization;
• Involved in communication both with internal teams and the client.

YOUR PROJECT

We are an experienced and friendly team, responsible for project support mainly in the financial and administrative aspect. By joining Financial Services, you will have the opportunity to take part in the projects, supporting the project managers and our clients. You will be a part of the PMO team, as well as a project team member.

YOUR PROFILE

• Deep SharePoint knowledge, especially in the context of its advanced features and capabilities (SharePoint Agents, Viva Connections);
• Familiar with the standard SharePoint functionalities OOTB (documents and lists management, creating and managing workflows, real-time sharing and collaboration, Integration with Microsoft 365, Editing documents using a web browser, creating pages and sites, access management, creating communication sites to share news, reports, statuses, and other information in a visually appealing manner)
• Ability to analyze and optimize existing processes, as well as create new ones;
• English min. B2 spoken and written, German nice to have;
• good command of MS Office (Excel as priority);
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT will be an advantage.
