Your role
- 4 TO 6 years of experience in IBM Cognos TM1/IBM Planning Analytics as a developer, Hands-on work with PAX and PAW is an advantage.
- Understanding and experience in TM1 Cubes/Rules/TI Processes/Active Forms/TM1 Web and Scheduling of jobs.
- Analyze business requirements, document, and build the application.
- What if scenario analysis, Forecasting/Budgeting/Planning.
- Understanding complex business requirements such as rules, TI process, model etc.
- Evaluate the existing process and identify areas of improvement.
- Knowledge on Supporting and maintenance Of TM1 applications/Planning analytics.
- Ability to work independently, manage small engagements and parts of large engagement’s
- Good exposure to SQL and MDX Query Scripting.
Your profile
- Good Understanding of financial planning budgeting and forecasting functions and related processes.
- Good core/mature TM1 development skills.
- Develop TM1 objects (Cubes, Dimensions, Business Rules) without using wizard
- Experienced with TM1 performance optimisation (feeder & skip checks)
- Strong knowledge of MDX, SQL, Excel, Visual Basic
- Proficient with TM1 Security functionality and is able to design security layer for the data model
- Experience with TM1 Rest API
- Experience with relational databases Load data in dimensions and cubes for multiple sources like CSV and Database with Turbo Integrator
- Apply security at different levels like Cube/Element/Process
- Experience in creating Process through TI
- Self-starter, strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills..
- Proficient at financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of business requirements analysis, user acceptance testing and change management techniques.
- Working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to administer financial systems
