According to their expertise (talent attractiveness, process and tools, campus activities...), Talent Acquisition specialist implement and monitor global and local Talent Acquistion plans .They ensure consistency in Talent Acquisition approaches​, accross all entities.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Develop and Execute Branding Strategies:

  • Define the long-term strategy for Early careers Initiatives.tailored to early-career professionals,
  • Prepare the list of recommendations for stakeholders to collaborate with (universities, high schools, other external educational institutions) and focus on key ones
  • Collaborate with TA & business teams to promote the company’s image across online & onsite activities such as: career fairs, workshops, open days and brand visibility at universities & High schools.

Engage with Universities and Educational Institutions:

  • Create campaigns that highlight the organization’s values, culture, and benefits
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to attract top students and recent graduates.
  • Organize and/or participate in campus recruitment events, career fairs, and talks.
  • Organize workshops in high schools that Capgemini cooperate with
  • Organize internship program and/or ambassadors’ program to build brand awareness and recognition among potential candidates
