Key Responsibilities
- Able to position Capgemini Engineering at CxO level for strategic, high-impact deals.
- Master negotiator and consultant who aligns stakeholders
- Goes beyond closing deals – builds long-term relationships and be the trusted advisor
- Thinks big! Shapes mega deals that create value for both the client and Capgemini.
- Strategic and selective – knows when to walk away
- Provides clear direction to the team and fosters a winning mindset.

- Bachelor or Master
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an ambitious and commercially driven environment.
- Demonstrable experience in generating business, preferably Engineering or R&D related.
- Developing and maintaining contacts at management and board level.
- Good command of Englisch and ideally Dutch language.
