Your Role

Team Lead will help drive the team. The candidate needs to have experience in React, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, some Java, Go, mentoring skills, project management skills, and soft skills, such as Problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability.

Your Profile

Core Full-Stack Skills

• Frontend Development
  • React.js: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks for building responsive user interfaces; experience with React upgrades.
  • HTML/CSS: Expertise in designing user-friendly, responsive, and accessible web pages.
  • JavaScript/TypeScript: Strong understanding of client-side logic, APIs, and asynchronous operations.
  • Experience with operational core services.
• Backend Development
  • Node.js: Experience building scalable, efficient back-end services, especially with IDP systems.
  • GraphQL: Familiarity with API querying and data management.
  • Java and Go: Nice-to-have skills.

DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure

• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS and Google Cloud (Kubernetes experience is a plus).
• Containerization: Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for scalability.
• CI/CD: Experience with Continuous Integration/Deployment pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Performance Optimization: Proficiency in profiling and tuning performance on both server and client sides.
• Error Handling: Experience in log analysis and issue resolution.
• Alerting Systems: Ability to set up alerts for system monitoring.

Issue Resolution & Incident Management

• Jira/ServiceNow: Experience with issue tracking and ticket management.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Skills in incident analysis and actionable recommendations to prevent recurrence.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Platform development experience, especially with Backstage or similar tools.
• Knowledge of additional developer platforms.
