YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our Financial Services team. In the role you will be a trusted advisor working with some of Sweden’s most well-known banks and insurance companies in projects. You will guide our customers with everything from strategy and planning to implementation and management.

A crucial part of the role is to identify and analyze functional and technical requirements connected to Credit Risk. You are the link between the customer and the development team and will ensure that the applications meet the requirements of future users. The role has an established career path within Capgemini, where you will have the opportunity to grow into other roles in the long run.

Tasks include:

• Initiating business and process improvements.
• Capturing requirements through workshops with customers.
• Communicating with stakeholders about priorities, changing requirements and test results.
• An interest in new technologies.

YOUR PROFILE

• 8-10 years prior IT experience within Financial Services.
• 3-4 years of functional background around Credit Risk and understanding of Credit Risk modelling, PD, LGD and EAD modelling.
• Experience in handling huge datasets.
• Knowledge of specifying and analyzing functional and technical requirements.
• Understanding of UT, ST and end-to-end UAT testing. Added advantage in creating functional test cases and validating the results.
• Experience in doing data analysis using SQL. Knowing SAS/Python is an added advantage.
• Experience from working with regulatory requirements, digitalization as well as agile methodology is meritorious.
• Fluency in Swedish is beneficial.
