Job Description
Responsibilities
- Play a critical role in implementation and consulting projects to help Medallia’s clients act on business opportunities identified through their customer and employee feedback data and other signals
- Analyze operational, customer, and financial data leveraging the latest Medallia Experience Cloud tools, alongside some of the world's largest customer feedback datasets, to advise clients on best practices in customer experience management
- Use both structured (regression) and unstructured (text analytics) analysis to help articulate business and program recommendations
- Design, develop, plan, and execute strategic program roadmaps for clients that drive optimum value and are rooted in a deep understanding of customer’s businesses goals, including driving product enhancements to data analyses
- Develop and manage project plans while driving the internal coordination and execution of tasks across teams
- Develop and implement sprint requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies.
- Identify the defects and support continuous improvement of client customer experience programs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience, with prior role(s) in customer relationship management, strategic program management, consulting, sales/business development, account management, and/or project management in a business-to-business environment.
- 3+ years’ experience in project-based tasks especially as a project lead (leading at least 3 - 4 people in the team)
- Medallia Certification - Admin level and above
- Ability to travel 10 - 20%, on average, based on the work and clients served.
Nice-to-haves
- Proficient in business process documentation, business rules, and requirement elicitation.
- Enterprise consulting experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience connecting the Medallia platform with third-party solutions, such as Salesforce.
- Experience and aptitude for managing and communicating with diverse stakeholders, teams, and clients face-to-face.
