YOUR TASKS

• Designing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect the organization's IT infrastructure and data.
• Identifying, assessing, and defining risk mitigation plan for cybersecurity risks to minimize potential threats.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data protection and privacy.
• Establishing and maintaining security governance frameworks to align security initiatives with business objectives.
• Developing and optimizing security operating models to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of security operations.
• Creating incident response plans to address and resolve security breaches promptly.
• Collaborating with IT and non-IT stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to cybersecurity.
• Staying updated on emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies to continuously improve security measures.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have practical professional experience (7+ years) as well as initial management experience of a sub-project/stream in a consulting environment or in IT security, information security or data privacy
• You have successfully completed a university degree in the field of (business) sciences, computer science, engineering, mathematics or a comparable course of study
• You are interested in IT security, information security or data privacy and enjoy strategic analyses and solving complex customer challenges to improve resilience
• You are a strong communicator and impress with your team spirit, high level of commitment and self-confidence
• You speak English fluently and are flexible and willing to travel. Speaking German will be plus
• Advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
