YOUR TASKS

• Conducting thorough security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Developing and implementing incident response plans to address and resolve security breaches promptly.
• Identifying, assessing, and defining mitigation plan for cybersecurity risks to minimize potential threats.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations related to cybersecurity.
• Developing security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conducting security training and awareness programs for employees.
• Working closely with IT and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to cybersecurity.
• Staying updated on emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies to continuously improve security measures.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience (4+) in cybersecurity analysis, incident response, risk management, and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat analysis techniques, and data protection best practices.
• Fluent English. Speaking German will be plus.
