職務内容
FICO Functional Consultant としてクライアントプロジェクトに参画いただきます。以下は、典型的なグローバルプロジェクトにおける主要な活動の例です。
- SAP Financials の導入サポート、促進(FICO 管理 – 原価センタ会計、利益センタ会計、製品原価計算、収益性分析、プロジェクト システム、結果分析、未決済原価、月末決算、諸経費の評価と決済などの領域)。
- ビジネスプロセス要件の詳細な分析し、適切なシステムソリューションを提供します。顧客の要件を分析、特定、解釈、検証、およびドキュメンテーション。
- ビジネス要件を収集するためのワークショップを実施、運営。
- クライアントのビジネス要件、プロセス、および目標をマッピング。
- FI/CO モジュールの設計、カスタマイズ、コンフィグレーション、およびテスティング。
- ギャップ分析。問題の特定、及び解決策の提出。
- トラブルシューティングのためにクライアントへの報連相。問題を調査、分析、解決案の提出。
- ファンクショナルデザイン、テストケース、およびその結果をドキュメンテーション。
- ビジネスプロセスやシステムの改善、強化を積極的に特定して提案する。
- ビジネス部門と技術チームの間の連絡役（リアゾン）。
- 必要に応じてアドホックトレーニングとユーザーサポートを提供。
- 自主的・自律的に作業。場合により、よりジュニアなメンバーのサポート、指導。
応募条件
必須要件
- 日本語ビジネスレベル（外国籍の方はN2以上、日本語のレジュメ優遇）
- 5年以上の SAP 実装経験 (FI/COmodule のBusiness Blueprint機能の使用経験はMust)。
- クライアントやチームメンバーを含む人々との優れた対人スキル、チームワーク

- 専門分野のビジネスプロセスと要件の理解 (例: 財務/管理会計、IFRS)。
- 複数の側面からソリューションを開発する柔軟性 (例: 業務手順の変更、組織の変更、技術的なソリューション)。
- クライアントのミドルレベル（経理部長など）に自分の意見を言える能力。
- 新しいパッケージソリューション、IT 業界のトレンド、方法とツールを学習する意欲。
- 国籍や文化の異なる人々とのコラボレーションプロジェクトの経験。
- ドキュメントと口頭の両方でのコミュニケーションを通じて、オフショアリソースへ作業指示を行い、進捗状況を確認する能力
- 英語力（読み書き、会話）
- SAP S/4 HANA の理解
