ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Engagement manager/Agile Coach with Capgemini, you will be involved in leading and supporting one of our client projects. You will also get an opportunity to be part of a team and a network of over 80 experienced EMs and Agile coaches and learn from the best.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Overseeing projects from initiation to completion, assuring they align with client’s purpose and needs
• Service delivery – ensuring that the solutions provided meet expectations and are delivered on time and within budget
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

YOUR PROFILE

• At least five years of relevant working experience, e.g. as a project manager and/or scrum master
• Experience working according to Agile methods
• Experienced in driving and coordinating projects, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
• Preferably experience in risk management, resource planning, finance & budgeting
• Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
