We are now looking for a Client Partner to lead and manage the Engineering business with one of the company’s major automotive clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing, promoting, and sustaining strong relationship with this strategically critical global account.

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales of Capgemini's full Engineering portfolio to senior and top management within our automotive client. Additionally, the Client Partner will be instrumental in guiding the ongoing transformation of Capgemini’s partnership with our client, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and fostering long-term collaboration.

Your responsibilites
• Developing and implementing a sales strategy to drive growth in the engineering business with our automotive client
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and positioning Capgemini as a trusted partner.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities at the client, leveraging capabilities to expand the scope of services and increase market share
• Shaping and refining Capgemini's Engineering portfolio by understanding and anticipating future growth areas in Engineering R&D and vehicle software, demonstrating strong expertise and thought leadership to ensure alignment with the evolving needs of the customer
• Working closely with engineering, delivery, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
• Acting as a champion for Capgemini's transformation initiatives, promoting innovative solutions and approaches that align with the evolving needs of the client
• Deal shaping and sales orchestration responsibility

Your Profile
• University degree within Business Administration, Engineering or similar
• Proven sales leadership experience within a larger global context
• We are looking for you with a lot of energy and who thrives in a fast pace.
• Strong knowledge and network within the Swedish Automotive industry
• You have strong leadership and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in Swedish and English
