Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive to manage a strategic Client Relationship and Program Delivery.
The role demands a high level of autonomy; a strong appetite to drive change and overcome organizational complexity; and a high level of drive to build a business from its current strong foundations to a potential billion-scale business.
Responsibilities include
- Deal Shaping and Pre-sales
- Driving internal initiatives related to Industry domains/Technologies/People Management
Primary Skills
- Individual is a leader with 20+ years of experience in IT industry with functional knowledge in Automotive process
- Must have experience of managing Senior Client and internal stakeholders – CxO level
- Proven record in managing complex engagements (> $10m+; Global teams ; size 150 FTE+)
- Role is responsible and Accountable for the Program outcome and Client satisfaction
- Should have handled complex programs in Salesforce as Program Manager
- Working with internal and external team to create program plan, ensuring time lines are met as committed with in the budget
- Work with multiple internal stakeholders, service lines and support functions to drive required outcome
- Should have knowledge on various phases involved in deploying complex Salesforce programs involving multi-geography
Secondary Skills
- Strong knowledge in Agile way of working, tracking and reporting of progress to both internal and external leadership
- Ensuring delivery quality, work with multiple teams to bring unified journey for the client
- Should have strong cross functional business knowledge in bringing collective process integration, where needed
