YOUR ROLE
The Reward To Pay (Reward To Pay - R2P - payroll, compensation & benefits) Business Transformation Senior Consultant is a professional responsible for supporting bigger streams of work or leading smaller projects and conversation with internal and external clients on the design, development, and optimization of HR processes within an organization. This role involves in-depth analysis of HR practices, mainly, but not exclusively in R2P area, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting process design and implementation to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall HR performance.
The role resides within Advisory part of our Intelligent People Operations (IPO) Practice, but partners closely with our Intelligent People Operations (IPO) delivery operations team to align with their strategic direction and priorities. The role will help deliver change management at a process level through influence for process design and transformation, placement of processes and partner with the IT team to deliver innovation creating the most effective and cost-efficient solution.
YOUR TASKS
- Leverages own process / domain knowledge to lead the development and evolution of products and services
- Demonstrates subject-matter expertise in payroll, compensation and benefits processes
- Supports best practice design and provides guidance and direction to operational teams in process implementation
- Supports Business Development through specific inputs to solutioning / bid teams for RFPs / bids etc. and more generally in developing key marketing collateral
- Supports development of community of SMEs and SWAT teams
- Drives continuous improvement and automation of the IPO process to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Process Assessment: Takes part in comprehensive evaluations of existing HR/R2P processes, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
- Process Design: Develops and design efficient and scalable HR processes (with focus on payroll, compensation & benefits), aligning them with best practices and industry standards.
- Documentation: Creates clear, user-friendly process maps and standard operating procedures as well as process assessment outcome reports depending on project requirements.
- Change Management: Supports change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
YOUR PROFILE
- Academic excellency: outstanding bachelor’s in the field of Economics, Social Sciences, or Human Resources.
- Industry knowledge: a minimum of 3 years of practical project experience in the field of HR transformation in at least one of the following industries: Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, and Life Science. Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes (Payroll).
- Consulting experience: practical experience in project management in the HR environment, with extensive experience in HR process design.
- Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English. Strong presentation and moderation skills.
- Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills.
