YOUR TASKS

• Registration of Ukrainian candidates and employees in Labor Office (employer's responsibility)
• Purchase order requests and delivery confirmations
• Overseeing residence permits in Poland allowing legal stay in Poland for students employed at Capgemini Poland
• Overseeing employees with student status, collecting certificates from universities, checking correctness of the documents submitted
• Preparing documentation for the residency card applications, such as Annex 1 or ZUS documents; invitation letters for families to obtain dependent visas
• Other administrative support to International Mobility Team

YOUR PROFILE

• Advanced level of English and Polish
• Very good analytical skills and attention to details
• Practical knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately
• Open-minded and positive with good communication skills
