Your role:

• Identifies and documents business needs based on requirements analysis.
• Assesses implementation feasibility in IT systems and builds comprehensive solution designs, uses several documentation techniques and tools, in order that the stakeholders understand and accept the solution;
• Defines, designs, and adapts technical solutions, considering costs and timelines, to meet stakeholders' expectations.
• Maintains active communication and collaboration with the extended project team through meetings and discussions.
• Delivers and monitors detailed IT activity plans, raising risks and evaluating timelines to ensure project implementation.
• Ensures technical quality of deliverables, supports production deployment, performs content testing, and provides continuous production support and process improvements.

Your profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Analyst (preferred in Agile methodology);
• Knowledge of DWH architecture concepts (data model, data integration model, data reporting);
• Experience in implementing IT requirements, experience in the area of ​data analysis, preparation of technical specifications and functional testing of the final solution;
• Good knowledge of ORACLE SQL (medium level) is a must;
• Analyzing and debugging on PL/SQL packages, reading triggers, procedures, functions;
• At least 1 year of knowledge in banking systems is a must (preferred experience in risk reporting projects);
• Strong analytical skills, proactive and problem-solving approach, good time management skills and the ability to manage own workload.
• Good command of English and Romanian languages.
