Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Project or Program Management who has hands-on experience in configuring Banking domain with experience into Financial Crime, ensuring compliance with data governance standards while enabling efficient data discovery and collaboration

Technical Skills:

• Lead and manage a Continuous Improvement team to achieve process excellence.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to drive team professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies.
• Design and implement end-to-end process improvement projects.
• Ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes of improvement initiatives.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges during project execution.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships by understanding their needs.
• Apply Six Sigma and LEAN methodologies to promote continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Possess over 4 years of experience in program/project management or operations.
