Your Role
- Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the design and development of scalable Adobe solutions, translating customer experience strategies into actionable technical architectures and blueprints.
- Platform Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Cloud tools, especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign, recommending best practices and ensuring maximum utilization.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their goals, define requirements, and identify Adobe solutions to improve customer experience and engagement.
- Integration & Optimization: Oversee integration of Adobe solutions with other enterprise systems (CRM, data warehouses, etc.), ensuring seamless data flows and a unified customer view.
- User Experience & Personalization: Implement data-driven, personalized customer experiences across web, mobile, and email channels, focusing on optimizing the customer journey.
- Performance Monitoring: Set up dashboards and analytics to monitor solution performance, conduct regular audits, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Documentation & Training: Document architecture and configuration for ongoing maintenance and train internal stakeholders on Adobe tools and best practices.
Your Profile
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 8-12 years of industry experience including a minimum of 3+ years of experience working as a Solution Architect, ideally within Adobe’s suite of tools, with proven experience in the customer experience domain.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Experience Cloud tools, specifically AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, and integration with CRMs.
- Project Experience: Demonstrated ability to design and deliver complex Adobe solutions from concept to production, especially in large-scale customer experience initiatives.
- Problem Solving & Innovation: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements to business stakeholders and vice versa.
- Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM, Analytics, Target, or Campaign is a plus.
- Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in consulting, digital transformation, or customer experience projects, especially in sectors like retail, finance, or healthcare.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
