YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Arena Business Analyst to join our team in Switzerland. In this role, you will play a key part in the successful implementation and support of Front Arena solutions for our clients in the financial services sector. You will work closely with clients, project teams, and vendors to gather requirements, analyse business needs, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

  • Analyzing and documenting business requirements from clients, including functional, non-functional, and user requirements. Conducting workshops and interviews to gather information and understand client needs;
  • Participating in all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to implementation and go-live. Working closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Developing a deep understanding of Front Arena functionalities and best practices;
  • Assisting clients in configuring and customizing Front Arena to meet their specific needs;
  • Providing ongoing support and maintenance for Front Arena systems.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, proven experience with Front Arena or other front-office trading systems;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French;
  • Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills.
