YOUR TEAM:

Join our H2R team as a Workday Consultant in the Package Based Services (PBS) area and help us shape and optimize HR processes for our clients using the Workday platform. Collaborating with the team, you will ensure that client requirements are met quickly and efficiently. Join us and contribute to further development and shaping of our future path.

YOUR TASKS:

  • providing guidance on the Workday platform and play a key role in implementing, supporting, and enhancing Workday-based solutions. This involves preparing and leading workshops, configuring and testing solutions, and managing various routine tasks within this context;
  • assist clients in optimizing their processes in Workday and provide proposals for improvements;
  • conducting training sessions and offer support in processes and functions;
  • together with the team, identyfying and solving technical problems.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • completed bachelor's degree, e.g., in Computer Science, Psychology, HR Management, or another relevant field;
  • minimum of 3 years of experience as Workday Consultant (different modules);
  • good knowledge of HR processes and HR systems, with a focus on Workday;
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as teamwork ability;
  • excellent communication skills in English;
  • willingness to travel is required.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • German language skills will be considered as an added advantage;
  • Workday Certificates (different modules).
